Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. By booking a service with Pressure Cleaning Wilmington you agree to these terms.

Pricing

We give a price range from a call or photos. The final price is confirmed on site before any work starts. Extras such as rust treatment, sealing or gutter brightening are quoted before we begin.

Scheduling and cancellation

Please give us notice if you need to move or cancel a booking. Weather can delay exterior work, and we will reschedule with you.

Access and water

We need access to your property and an outside water spigot unless we agree otherwise ahead of time.

Results and liability

Some stains, etching and aged finishes cannot be fully removed, and we tell you what to expect before we start. Our liability is limited to the price of the service performed. If something was missed, call us and we will talk it through.
